Seeding Minds provides talks on various mental health issues related to mental health, stress management, personality profiling, team dynamics, and relationship issues. These workshops/talks provide an avenue for resource sharing made available to the public.

Cancellation Policy

In order to be effective, therapy needs to take place on a regular basis. The best results occur when appointments are consistently scheduled and regularly attended. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify Seeding Minds at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time so we may be able to offer your appointment to someone else. You may call us at 94774227 or leave a text message. Otherwise, you may also cancel by email. If you fail to cancel a scheduled appointment, we cannot use this time for another client and you will be billed for the entire cost of your missed appointment. A full session fee is charged for missed appointments or cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice unless it is due to illness or an emergency. A bill will be mailed directly to all clients who do not show up for or cancel an appointment. Thank you for your consideration regarding this important matter as this is a standard practice within the counselling profession.
